Sabiha Khalil is, a feminisht advocate and gender expert, a founding member of the Syrian Kurdish first non-partisan women organization "Komela Jin" in Aleppo in 2005, and the Syrian Women’s Network 2013 in Cairo. Also a founding member of the Syrian Women’s Political Movement SWPM, and has served as a member of the SWMP General Secretariat, and currently a member of the SWPM’s National Consultations, which is a research team that conducts policy papers, a member of consultation committee in Syrian Feminist Lobby. Currently she is the Executive Director , and board head of Duderi e.V., an organisation that works on Syrian diversity and pluralism, based on the Arab-Kurdish partnership. Sabiha is based in Germany since 2014.

Dina Abo Hosn

Alice Mofrej is a Syrian feminist politician and Program Director at Duderi. She co-founded several feminist and political initiatives, including the Syrian Women’s Network (2012), Syrian Women for Peace and Democracy (2013), and the Syrian Women’s Political Movement (2017). She held leadership positions within the Coordination Committee and the High Negotiations Committee, where she led the detainees and missing persons file between 2016 and 2024, and participated in the Syrian Constitutional Committee. She currently works as a consultant and trainer with Syrian and international organizations on transitional justice and gender issues.

Roshak Ahmad

Maan Alsafadi works at a German organization dedicated to the care of underage refugees, where he supports and guides young people from diverse backgrounds.
Political Activist
He is a member of the Communist Labour Party and previously served as head of the diaspora branch of the Coordination Body for Democratic Change Forces. In addition, he is a member of the Syrian Feminist Political Movement and actively participates in its political committee.
Alongside his political activism, Safadi is one of the co-founders of Duderi, where he volunteers and serves as the Secretary of the Board. He contributes to the development of the organization’s programs and the strengthening of its role.
