ABOUT
DUDERI
DUDERI is a Syrian civil society organization, Arab-Kurdish, registered in Berlin under the number (VR 38011 B). We work in Syria to promote diverse learning environments and build effective partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
Our name is inspired by an ancient cave in Kurdish Afrin, Syria, called DUDERI, which means “the two doors” — symbolizing our openness to plurality and our constant drive toward new horizons of knowledge, critical thinking, and collaborative action.

MISSION
Supporting individuals and communities through learning, advocacy, and inclusive participation to build a society based on social justice, democracy, freedom, and human dignity. We are committed to developing diverse learning environments that promote development in accordance with the values of justice and equality through collaboration with partners, advocating for policy change, facilitating community dialogues, and striving to build sustainable peace in Syria.

GOAL
If we foster the learning environment as a living, dynamic matrix and enhance the development process based on diversity and the values of justice and equality, then society will transform into one rooted in social justice, freedoms, and the preservation of human dignity via democratic mechanisms.
